We understand that some matter simply cannot wait until the next available routine appointment, or that some people cannot commit to a particular time, which is why we provide our walk-in clinic.

Please note that this service is only accessible by our registered patients.

Monday

  • 09:00 – 12:00 GP
  • 13:00 – 14:00 GP
  • 14:00 – 16:00 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
  • 16:00 – 19:00 GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioner
  • 19:00 – 20:00 urgent appointments

After 7pm you will only be seen if it is decided by the clinical team that your symptoms are clinically urgent

 

Tuesday

  • 08:00 – 18:00 GP
  • 18:00 – 18:30 urgent appointments

After 6pm you will only be seen if it is decided by the clinical team that your symptoms are clinically urgent

 

Wednesday

  • 09:00 – 12:00 GP
  • 13:00 – 14:00 GP
  • 14:00 – 16:00 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
  • 16:00 – 17:30 GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioner
  • 17:30 – 18:30 urgent appointments

After 5:30pm you will only be seen if it is decided by the clinical team that your symptoms are clinically urgent

 

Thursday

  • 09:00 – 12:00 GP
  • 13:00 – 17:30 GP
  • 17:30 – 18:30 urgent appointments

  • 09:00 – 12:00 GP

Saturday

The surgery is open from 8:00am – 12:00pm

Due to restrictions on our opening hours walk-in appointments are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once all of the appointments have been allocated you will be advised to seek medical advice at another appropriate service.

 

Sunday

The surgery is open from 8:00am – 12:00pm

An Advanced Nurse Practitioner is a clinician that is able to see, treat and discharge and issue prescriptions as required. Advanced Nurse Practitioners are not able to issue sick certificates (Fit notes).

Lalys Pharmacy on Guildhall Walk also provide a minor ailment service.

St Marys Treatment Centre: This service offers appointments with both GP’s and Nurses. St Marys Treatment Centre is both for minor injuries and illness.
