Guildhall Walk is an NHS doctors' surgery which provides the Portsmouth community with treatment and advice for a variety of minor illnesses and injuries.

Every member of our team is dedicated to delivering the very best in quality healthcare to you and your family. We also appreciate how busy lives are today, which is why we’re open longer and more often. We’re here every day from 8am to 8pm, including bank holidays.

Come and see us on Guildhall Walk in the centre of Portsmouth, just off the A3. We’re close to bus and rail links.

Our doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants offer convenient evening, weekend and bank holiday appointments. So however busy your lifestyle, there should be an appointment to suit you.  

An NHS walk-in centre on your doorstep

Guildhall Walk also offers a walk-in service for the treatment of minor injuries and illnesses. You can use this service whether or not you’re a registered patient with us. There’s no need to make an appointment. Simply turn up and we will see you as soon as we can. Find out more about our walk-in service

Register as a patient with the Guildhall Walk and you’ll be able to access our full range of services and arrange to see a doctor of your choice at a time to suit you. (You can choose a male or female doctor or health professional.) You’ll also be able to see a medical professional within 24 hours and book appointments up to six weeks ahead.
